Comprehensive support in addition to the contingent fee system
J-WORK adopts a complete contingent fee system for the services.
We do not seek advance payment for our services such as consultation on your recruitment plan and introduction of candidates.
| We issue an invoice 60 days after the hire date | We introduce a substitute for free | |
| If the recruit leaves your company in less than 60 days, we charge no fee. |
If the recruit withdraws from your company within 30 days from the invoice issuance date (61 to 90 days from the hire date) for personal reasons, we will introduce a substitute candidate for free (one time only). |
You may have experienced the large number of tasks in going through many applications and the time wasted in interviewing candidates with no possibility of employment, during your open recruitment process.
J-WORK preliminarily interviews job applicants and selects only those candidates meeting your requirements before introducing them to you. We also prepare all the documents you require for the interview.
You save time and effort and also receive properly prepared documents.
J-WORK also offers comprehensive consulting services for recruitment planning in addition to support for recruitment.
Please feel free to inquire.

The retention rate is high because we accurately measure the aptitudes of job applicants and carefully listen to the demands of companies and job applicants to satisfy both in the matchmaking.
This figure reflects the experience and know-how of J-WORK.
