What is your pricing system for the recruitment support service?

J-WORK adopts a complete contingent fee system for the recruitment support service.
Payment can be made two months after the date of employing the recruit.
If the recruit withdraws from your company within 60 days for personal reasons, you will incur no cost.

How many job seekers are registered with J-WORK?

More than 3,000 members are registered in the personnel bank of J-WORK.
All of them have completed an interview with J-WORK, and comments on the interview are entered for all members.

Can you find suitable candidates in any job category?

If you provide us with detailed job information, we will find candidates meeting your conditions and introduce them to you.
We will look for them among the members registered in the J-WORK Personnel Bank first.
If no member in the bank meets your conditions, we will use the know-how of J-WORK to find job applicants who satisfy your expectations.

What is the rate among the recruits introduced by J-WORK?

The proportion of retired employees among those recruited with our support is approximately 12%.
In the cases of 90% of the job leavers, the resignations occurred within 60 days from the hire date and no cost was incurred by client companies.

Do you offer interpretation and translation service between Japanese and Vietnamese languages?

J-WORK has staff with excellent Japanese language skills.
You can therefore also leave your interpretation and translation work to us.

Do you enter into a confidentiality agreement?

Information on recruitment and salary is generally a top secret for companies.
Although there is no risk of information leakage, we enter into a confidentiality agreement separately with individual companies depending on the business contents.
Needless to say, the contract for J-WORK's personnel consulting service includes provisions on confidentiality.
